In October, I traveled to the Indy area to photograph a small & intimate wedding. The location was beautiful, the bride & groom were beautiful and all their family and friends were absolute dolls to work with. There was so much laughter, jokes, tears and hugs the whole time we were there, you could see the love pouring out of each and every person that was there to support LeFontae and LaTania. Congratulations again, to the sweet couple! <3

2012 was my first full year doing wedding photography and I loved every last bit of it! I had some of the best clients that a photographer could ask for and I cannot express how much gratitude I have for these couples for allowing a budding photographer to photograph such an important day for them. They have been some of the most fun, unique, caring, kind and understanding couples that I have ever met. I absolutely loved photographing such an important day for them and seeing the love between not only them, but the love between their friends and family as well. Seeing two people start a new chapter in their lives together and to get to be there to photograph and document such a time has been such an honor and I can never thank my couples enough. 2012 is leaving some big shoes for 2013 to fill, that is for sure! =) Again, to my wedding couples, thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking a chance on me and helping me to grow as a photographer. It truly has been an honor getting to know you all and working with you and I wish nothing but the best for each and every one of you!
I've really enjoyed getting to know Meagan & Greg over the past few months, from numerous e-mails, our first meeting and their engagement shoot, I knew that their wedding would be a wonderful day. They had their ceremony and reception at the beautiful Deer Park Manor in Bloomington and even though it was a rainy and gloomy day, the bride and groom were in great spirits! The day was full of laughter, tears, excitement, nerves and even hail.. yes, hail and I had so much fun getting to know them better as well as their friends and family. Thank you, Meagan and Greg, for allowing me to photograph your special day and for being so kind and caring to everyone that you come into contact with. It was an honor getting to be your photographer and I wish nothing but the best for you two as you embark on this new chapter in your lives together! Vendor Love:

I had a lot of fun getting to capture them, their family and their friends on their special day. We even had a special cameo by a blue fox and a vintage car (you'll never know what or who you'll find in downtown Bloomington during Halloween season, lol!) Amy & Mickey are so sweet together and you can tell how much they love each other in the way they interact with one another and those around them. I really enjoyed getting to know them and their family as the day went on and I wish them nothing but the best in their future together. Thank you again, Amy & Mickey, for allowing me to photograph your wedding! =) Vendor Love:

This past weekend on the 28th, I drove up to Zionsville, IN to photograph a beautiful outdoor wedding at Liberty Park. The weather was absolutely amazing outside and perfect for an outdoor ceremony. I really enjoyed getting to photograph Catherine & Matthew's wedding and I loved their super sweet ceremony. I wish them nothing but the best in all that they do! They are a two of the friendliest people I've met and I'm sure life has nothing but great things in store for them. This past weekend I drove to Nashville, IN on the (so far) hottest day of the year to photograph an outdoor wedding. The guests and the bride & groom didn't let the heat affect them and their whole day was filled with nothing but heart felt tears and laughter. Corina & William are such a sweet couple that are so in love with each other that it just radiates from them. They were so fun to photograph interacting with their friends and family... from their tearful vows to the hilarious (and sweet) toasts from their loved ones, you could just tell how much their kindness and warmth affects those around them. They are truly a perfect match for each other and I wish them nothing but great things in their future together. Thanks for allowing me to capture such an important day for you two! I LOVED all the little details they had in their wedding. I love when the bride & groom incorporate their personalities into their wedding day. Seriously, how cute and sweet are they? VENDORS:
Cake: Kristina Taylor Catering: Cynthia Moriarty Caricature Artist: Karen Kovich Violinist: Chandra Meibalane This past weekend I headed to Lebanon, IN to photograph Katy & Brian's wedding day. I first met Katy and Brian during their engagement shoot and I remember thinking how sweet and in love they were with each other and I couldn't wait to photograph their wedding. The love they share with each other was definitely shown throughout their wedding day with tears & laughter that they shared with their friends and family (and each other). I had a lot of fun photographing their wedding day and I wish them nothing but the best as they embark on this new chapter of their lives together. Katy & Brian, I hope you're enjoying your honeymoon.. thank you for allowing me to capture such an important day for you two, it was truly an honor. Katy & Brian chose not to see each other before the ceremony which allowed for a very cute photo op. =) I love all the signs Katy had brought and used in their wedding!
Last weekend I got the chance to photograph a fun wedding at the WonderLab Museum in Bloomington, IN. Malinda & Joe are such a fun loving and sweet couple and I've really enjoyed getting to know them throughout their engagement pictures and wedding pictures. The ceremony took place in the beautiful garden at the museum and during the reception they allowed everyone to wonder around the museum and play with all the neat things (told you they were fun loving)! It was a beautiful day out for the couple and I couldn't be happier for the two of them. Thank you, Malinda and Joe, for allowing me to capture your wedding day, I wish you nothing but the best in your marriage. During their sweet first look. Venue: WonderLab
